Governing Documents
A Condominium is governed by a series of documents which you should have received and review with your legal counsel when purchasing your unit. If you require a printed copy, your can contact our Property Management Company and ask for hard copies which will be provided at a nominal charge.
These documents consist of the Declaration, Bylaws, and the Rules and Regulations. These documents address owners’ rights and obligations and empower the Board of Directors to manage the affairs of the Condominium. The above mentioned documents are specific to each and every Condominium Corporation, but all Condominium Corporations must abide with the Nova Scotia Condominium Act.
